The new Playstation Move is close to release now and it is on many gamer’s wishlist. The new product was unveiled at E3 last year and has been shown continusly ever since. It is going to be on the market along with the Wii Motion Controller and Xbox 360 Project Natal.
Motion controls are the Next-Gen of video games and they evolving the technology. Due to this technology, many people are letting their kids play video games because this provides exercise and indulges the player into the game.

Technology behind the Move
The Playstation Move uses two peripherals to sense motion. First, there is the Playstation Eye which acts as a human eye and transfers the images onto the screen. This senses the LED in the controller and accurately tracks the player’s movements therefore displaying the movement on the screen 1:1. This technology can be used for a variety of gaming genres such FPS, action, RTS and many, many more. The Move has LED which are lit up as you are playing and can change into different colours. Many developers are utilising this controller to create unique games.
